The Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association cordially invites you to attend the 31st Annual Bankruptcy Seminar on August 15, 2025, for a full-day event at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This annual seminar brings together bankruptcy judges, legal experts, and practitioners for a comprehensive day of learning, networking, and CLE credit—offering 7.0 total credit hours (6 General).
The Seminar will open with welcoming remarks from Angela M. Scott, Douglas W. Neway (Chapter 13 Standing Trustee),
and Angela N. Grewal of Adams & Reese LLP.
The day’s sessions will begin with a panel on Negotiating and Professionalism, featuring Jeffery Ainsworth, Roy Kobert, and Scott Underwood, moderated by Lauren Reynolds.
After a short break, attendees will gain valuable insights during the Recent Case Updates, presented by a distinguished panel of bankruptcy judges covering important legal developments from across the District and the country.
